Joe B. Foster serves as Chairman of TPH Partners. Foster has a long and distinguished career in the energy industry having founded Newfield Exploration Company in 1989 and serving as that firm's CEO and chairman. Prior to founding Newfield, Foster was chairman of Tenneco Oil Company and executive vice president and director of its parent, Tenneco Inc. During 2000, Foster served as interim chairman, president and chief executive officer of Baker Hughes Inc. while the company searched for a new chief executive. In 2001-2002, Foster served as independent trustee for a large portion of Texaco's refining and marketing assets which were required to be divested in the course of the Chevron-Texaco merger. Foster has previously served as Chairman of the boards of the Houston Museum of Natural Science, YMCA of Greater Houston, and Houston A+ Challenge, an organization directed at improving public schools in the Houston area. He has also served as Chairman of the National Petroleum Council, an advisory body to the U.S. Secretary of Energy. In 2006, Foster was inducted in the Texas Business Hall of Fame. George McCormick serves as the Managing Director of TPH Partners. Before joining TPH Partners in early 2008, McCormick was head of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for BHP Billiton's global oil and gas business, responsible for corporate and asset acquisition and divestiture activities. Prior to BHP Billiton, McCormick was Managing Director of the Enron estate's Corporate Development group and a Member of the post-bankruptcy Management Committee. McCormick led the strategic development and formation of the two most valuable surviving business platforms of the estate in preparation for individual IPOs or sales to third parties (CrossCountry Energy Corp. and Prisma Energy International Inc.). Previous responsibilities included the sourcing, evaluation and execution of acquisition and structured finance transactions in the upstream oil and gas, midstream gas and power and forest products industries. McCormick's experience also includes prior roles in energy investment and corporate banking. McCormick holds a BA degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and was a Sord Scholar at the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Investments.

Curt Schaefer serves as Principal of TPH Partners. Schaefer was previously a Vice President with Goldman Sachs in its Natural Resources Investment Banking Group, where he focused on M&A, anti-raid advisory and debt and equity financings for companies in the upstream, midstream and oilfield services sectors. His deal experience includes total transactions worth over $31 billion. Prior to his experience at Goldman Sachs, Schaefer was a Captain in the United States Army, serving in the 82nd Airborne Division and 8th Army, Seoul, South Korea. Schaefer graduated with honors (top 5%) from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Civil Engineering, and received an MBA - Finance Concentration, with honors, from Columbia University. |

Claire R. Harvey serves as an Associate of TPH Partners. Harvey previously spent three years in investment banking, working for Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, where she focused on M&A, debt and equity financings for companies in the upstream, midstream and oilfield services sectors. Prior to investment banking, Harvey worked in natural gas marketing and corporate development roles for Constellation Energy, Cinergy and Enron. Harvey holds a BBA degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, where she was a four-year letterman and co-captain of the volleyball team. Harvey was also a Jones Scholar and the M.A. Wright Award winner at the Jesse H. Jones School of Business at Rice University, where she received her MBA.
